Airport and Hotel Shuttle Service

Complimentary service from select hotels and the McCarran International Airport to West and Central Hall. The hotel shuttle service runs every 20 minutes, please see the schedule below for full details.

Convention Center Loop

The Las Vegas Convention Center also offers fast, convenient, free on-campus transportation!

Looking to travel around the Las Vegas Convention Center campus? The Convention Center Loop quickly transports passengers throughout the 200-acre Las Vegas Convention Center campus in a fun and convenient way, free of charge. The system consists of two one-way, .8-mile-long tunnels built to accommodate all-electric Tesla vehicles driving at speeds of up to 35 mph. The LVCC Loop reduces a 25-minute walk to a less than two-minute ride.

Bag/Coat Check

Coat check locations are provided for your convenience at the Business Centers/FedEx Office. A $5.00 service fee applies per checked item.

Charging Stations

ChargerGoGo is a new feature for Las Vegas Convention Center visitors and attendees to conveniently rent portable charging devices for only $1 an hour. Users follow a QR code located on the kiosk for instructions or may download the ChargeGoGo app for a map of locations and details.

The Lounge offers American Express Small Business Card members and new applicants a quiet oasis to recharge and do business with amenities including comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, laptops, printers, coffee, tea and light snacks.

ADA Sign Language Interpreters

The Main Stage will be equipped with closed captioning services. Sign language interpreters are available for Conference Attendees at conference sessions who have requested assistance when registering (the request deadline was March 25). For more information please see an Experience Expert in the Central Lobby.

ADA Shuttle Transportation

Complimentary ADA­ accessible shuttle bus service will be available. To request ADA-accessible shuttle service, please contact Transportation Management Services at (866) 439- 8563.

ADA Parking Information

This year handicap parking for the NAB Show will be located at the Las Vegas Convention Center Silver Lot. Parking is $10 per day. No in/out privileges. The spots are limited and are on a first comefirst served basis.

ADA Wheelchairs

Manual and motorized chairs are available for a per-day fee through ScootAround Inc., the exclusive provider of scooter rentals in the LVCC. To reserve your wheelchair now, please call ScootAround at (888) 441-7575. ScootAround is located at the entrance to FedEx adjacent to the entrance to  the Central Lobby.
